Black roads
Does the bonus from black roads stack? A big movement bonus would be awsome.

I believe it does. Just tested it now with 2 roads in one province and it seems to give more movement than just one road

The trade bonus does. The movement doesn't. But they're regional, not provincial. So if you build them in Ghrond for example they boost movement in Ghrond. But not the Great Arena region of the same province.
