Skaven will also enslave you..... but you won't survive long due to hungry slaves eating you.
Chaos killl you. (Most probably kill you in each way they worship their own gods)
Vamps drink ur blood an then kill you. Then add you to the undead army.
Beastmen they will kill or eat you. (Or if im not mistaken if your human they will turn you into a fellow Beastmen)
Chaos Dwarfs enslave you
All the so called good factions.......... Well they will probably kill you as well based on the situation.
Generally Lizardmen are seen a the ONLY "GOOD" Faction. Due to them serving the OLD ones and trying to figure out the "Great PLAN" and solve all the Younger races problems meanwhile none of them know that the Lizardmen are doing that for them.
All other factions serve there own agenda so you can kinda call them all "BAD"
Dark Elves also slave you and work you to death, they just skip the eating part (sometimes). But they will probably be more cruel than the skaven out of sheer spite.
Orcs just slaughter you.
Vampires might actually be the best. Besides of the occassional bite, they don't care much about you (as long as you don't aspire power or want to lead a country). They only start to care after you are dead.
Chaos could be the second best. If you are willing to give up your soul and get one or two fancy mutations, they might take you into their army for a short, but interesting warrior's live.
I've heard that some Vampire Lords actually treat their peasants BETTER than some Brettonian Lords, because while the Brettonians consider peasants fundamentally inferior to nobles, the Vampires see them as a resource (both for food, and as undead when they die) which means they are going to actually take care of them and protect them.
Yup. A lot of people in Sylvania actually look back to ol' Vlads reign with nostalgia because while he was a pretty brutal and autocratic ruler, he also really put the hammer down on bandits and all the various creepy things that come out of the woods in Sylvania all the time, didn't exactly inflict a lot of unwarranted brutality on the general population and actually kept taxes slightly below average. One of the more ironic things about Vlad was that despite being an undead abomination against all that is good and holy, he was probably a nicer guy (or at least nicer to live under) than a lot of the imperial nobility at the time.
Of course, for every Vlad you'll also find a Krazy Konrad or the like.
Strigoi would eat you.
Necrarchs would use you up in some nasty fashion.
Blood Knights might allow you to live, as a servant, polishing their armour, or they might chop you in half to test the edge on their sword....
Lahmians might well let go free back into the world, and you'd never know if your will and all the influence and impacts you had on everyone you ever met or talked to again was your, or theirs....
Von Carstiens would, if you were completely and absolutely loyal to them, treat you as a favourite pet. You'd be fed, exercised, given rudimentary care, protected, and when you died, they'd replace you with another one.
Magni: An interesting anologue for Vlad von Carstein is Victor Von Doom (Dr Doom, Marvel comics). He will protect his people with an iron fist and ensure they are prospering. Not becasue he cares, but because they are his property and support his title.
Which means if you're some dirt farmer covered in cow manure they will probably just leave you alone. The trees that scream when you cut them down and fish monsters that lurk in every puddle of Sylvania will be a bigger threat than your Vampire overlords, who are so stuck on being bougie nobles they want to pretend to be your benevolent rulers.
I mean look at Mannfred Von Carstein, he's so convinced he's going to be the next Emperor. He's a friggin vampire, white as snow, his cabinet consists of pointy eared dudes with missing noses, but he thinks he's gonna be the next President For Life. Of course he's going to kiss some succulent, juicy babies for PR purposes thus most of the poor peasants will be left alone. Again, not any worse, if not better, than working for some Brettonian nobility.
Vampire Counts have living human servants, and they specifically try to keep them alive for pragmatic reasons. Their territory might not even be worse to live in than typical Empire provinces depending on where in the timeline we are talking.
After that it's a bit of a bust. Beastmen will spare you during their celebrations, so long as you have no problem eating babies. Other than that they will kill you on sight if you aren't Chaos aligned, with a few exceptions as they do have a warped sense of honor.
Skaven will spare you only for as long as you are useful to them but they will specifically make killing you one of their goals. In the fluff they've worked with humans before, but it didn't work out very well for the humans in that case. If they capture you, you are pretty much dead unless you are lucky enough to get captured by one of the Skaven who acts like a James Bond villain. They also aren't typically very good at planning ahead, so they might end up killing you even if they REALLY would get a lot more out of keeping you alive for a time. Depends on the Skaven and what their goals are.
Dark Elves are up their with Skaven, but they will at least keep you alive till they bore of you. Lorewise though they should be more willing to deal with humans than High Elves. It's just they have absolutely no regard for your life at all, where High Elves on the other hand just think they are better than you and will leave you alone.
Greenskins will pretty much always kill you. You might run into some that work as mercenaries though, but that's rare.
Chaos will corrupt you... As simple as that.
It's not even just evil races though.
Wood Elves will kill you the moment you step into their forest, regardless of your intention.
Lizardmen will ignore you unless you do one of the things that they are pretty much hard wired to respond aggressively to (Look at a Slan weirdly, steal a plaque).
Dwarfs will treat you well as long as you don't slight them. Piss them off and they will kill you unless Thorgrim decides to intervene.
High Elves will just send you home. However if you've pissed them off, they won't think twice about executing you.
Both take slaves, however, both are accustomed to enslaving their own race, and applying their race's strengths toward various uses. In the Skaven's case rats bred specifically for slavery are going to be more compliant and resilient to abuse than a human, who is going to get uppity and whiny and probably get killed off by some packmaster when he isn't digging fast enough or something. I'm pretty sure skaven consider human slaves inferior in the sense that they aren't purpose bred to be slaves, making them more work to manage and less likely to survive the abuse.
With Dark Elves I'm guessing other Dark Elf slaves are by some degree gonna be masochists themselves. Maybe those slaves are getting off on the idea that they'll overthrow their slaver when the time is right. A human isn't going to have the same level of masochism or cunning, and might consider their lot in life so hopeless that they die before their slaver gets to all the 'fun' parts of slaving and torture. Thus they'd probably consider humans to be spoilsports, unable to take a good session of torture in stride, passing out from agonizing pain way too quickly, dying of weird non-elf afflictions and aging, basically seen as a really crappy head of lettuce that wilts the day after you buy it.
Even still it would depend on the type of vamps.
You get a Necrarch?
You'll be dead and never realize they raised you 2 days earlier. They're mini Nagah's. Like mini me's from Austin Powers but with Nagash.
Lahmian?
Possibly...if you're male you have a much, MUCH lower chance of even being considered since Neffy is straight up a misandrist. At best you'd end up serving as a tool or a pet (if you're male). Ladies have much better chances overall.
Blood Dragons?
Only a minority aren't just straight up murderous psychopaths with a fragile ego. Hope you get the one that follows more in Dear Abby's footsteps...
Strigoi?
Surprisingly better chances than others but that doesn't say much. Mostly if you're WFB version of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (i.e. a relation of some sort to the old Strigoi empire). Otherwise you'll get in his belly.
Von Carstein?
Honestly, the best of the lot.
Vlad did place a heavy value on the living.
Probably due to his experience seeing firsthand what happens when you don't (Lahmia began to fall long before anyone invaded or called out the vamps there...Abhorash told them they needed to stick only to the thieves and criminals).
If it's Konrad then it wouldn't matter. He'd murder you simply because your name might hold more than "x" amount of syllables than he would like to hear that day, at that second.
Mannfred, you're better off than Konrad but not by much. Manny boy like Vlad cares about power, but he doesn't care what he has to do to get there (where as Vlad did).
Honestly. Head south of the border. Hit the beach for some sand and fun.
Settra is a ♥♥♥♥ but honestly as long as he rules and people kneel to acknowledge he rules, he couldn't care less about much of anything. He also has a nice hat.
Not Chaos Dwarf nice...still.
A leader with a hat is someone you can trust.
All this said is just a very broad and rough overview.
But honestly, go green. Slap some green paint on and as long as you just speak poorly and can kick a goblin around you'll be safe for about 2 minutes. Beat the biggest orc in a WAAAGH!!!!, you'll be safe for 5 minutes!

Most high elves look on humans with disdain. If you're in a situation where you're a slave, you'll be worked as a slave.
Wood Elves are on rare occasion good terms with Brettonians and even wage wars together in some cases, just don't intrude. I don't think they take slaves very often?.
Same goes with Lizardmen. As long as you aren't stealing and looting they'll be fine with you, but the jungle they live in is full of disease and creatures that'd kill you. If you're already a slave, it's to line up to sacrifice you to Sotek.
Dark elves probably the worst mortal experience, chaos the worst after-life experience.
Vampires would be your best bet. A shorter life, but like others have said in Vlad's time it was pretty okay all things considered.
