How does chaos magic given armor work?
If I got things right the chaos gods sometimes "bless" warriors with armor. weapons or mutations.......

I get how the mutation works but what happens with the armor? does it magical appear ifnront of them? and if they die do they vanish? do they transfer to the one who killed them? what happens if chaos blesses an empire soldier with a chaos blade? or armor?

Cause they seem to do most things for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles so I dont see a problem with them blessing a elector count in middle of a battle or in the aftermatch just to see what happens

The Chaos gods only "reward" their own followers. The chaos champions will go through great lenghts to draw their gods' attention, and even so they quickly get bored and set their gaze elsewhere.

The most common kind of armour rewarded to chaos champions is chaos armour, it is made of living metal which fuses to the wearers body and so can never be removed.

Generally you need to do something in the patron god's name that gets its attention. It's exceedingly rare that some random schmuck would be given anything by the gods directly, and only then it's when the story demands it. There are Chaos Champions for a reason: they are actively drawing the attention of the gods toward themselves with the ultimate goal of daemonhood.

The majority of WoC armor and weapons are forged by Daemonsniths of Zharr-Naggrund. Basicaly chaos dwarfs. Just how exactly chaos gods gift them and move them to warrior's location is left to your imagination. Space magic.

Sigvald armour has self cleaning function. It will never get dirty.

He probably joined an orgy and "fight" to the top to get it

My biggest question about chaos armor that can never be taken off is how do they go to the bathroom?

The entire quest of Archaon to get the relics of Chaos and become the everchosen of chaos give some nice insights of how the chaos gifted items work.

Some weapons and armors have a will of their own, some are so powerfull that daemonic princes and Greater Daemons ward them, some even have daemons imbued in them and you not only have to fight the current ouwner or guardian of the artifact, but you also have to impose your will over the will of the imprisoned daemon.

And returning to the quest of Archaon and the info there, it seem that everytime a chaos champion with a powerfull relic dies, the relic find his way back to a chaos important area like a shrine or the palace of a great daemon waithing for the next worthy champion to get it.

Still doesn't explain how they poop.

The champions and warriors dedicated to the lord of pestilence will keep such gift from their god close to them, so as someone else said, they probably do it in their armor xD

Chaos Warriors are no longer Human, rather they are machines whose only purpose is to kill for the Dark Gods. They do not feel lust (unless Slaaneshi), empathy, or other emotions save for rage or other god specific ones. They are resistant to pain, have no need for sustenance, and do not need to take ♥♥♥♥♥. By donning a suit of Chaos Armour, you seal your fate, as the armour will gradually meld itself with your flesh. The reason the Chosen look the way they do is because their armour has become one with them, and as such has grown with them.

So that's why they are so angry at the world then, they have to cut one and they can't.

The chaos gods are cruel indeed.
Pretty much.

The gods of chaos are generous.
Serve and you shall be rewarded.
Chaos armour is but one of many rewards, weapons, magic, mutations and other gifts of power, unlike anything you can imagine can be yours.
If only you serve.

All for the mere, mere cost of your mortal soul. Then again, there are probably worse things that could happen to you in the Warhammer world.
