exist anyway to automatically do the city management ?
sorry bad english

I have now 50% of the whole map in my hands, but, now is horrible boring to do the management of the cities, choose what need to be constructed, choose the option to grow the city, etc.

Also I have a large number of lords, is also so boring to choose manually the option to sort the skill points.

Do not exist any mod or option to make all those boring things automatically ?

The main focus of this game is battles, then, why to force us to make micro-management of those boring things ? Civilization games series that the main focus is city management have a auto management option for all cities.

I am really enjoying the battles, but, is insupportable this boring thing of city management.

also a auto management is 100% lore friendly. I am Malekith, you can imagine Malekith doing such boring things ? All kings always delegate managements for their trusted servants in real life...

I am already almost quit the game because of it. All others Total War games are like this ? If have any other Total War game with auto management, I will quit Warhammer and buy the other total war game to play instead.

I cannot play it anymore. My r4al life work is already horrible boring and now I cannot force myself to play a game with a so boring feature. I want to play with war and battles, not micro-management...

Yeah, that is real ♥♥♥♥, when you have most of lands and need to manage all of these cities. This ♥♥♥♥ takes time and NOT FUN AT ALL.

I hope there will be new horde races in TWW2, so I'll forget this city management forever.

“Game is broke cause I have to do management in a strategy game, I’m done and not playing anymore”

.....currently in game.

SonOfMan Nov 6, 2017 @ 2:00pm
No there’s not a mod for this, and I don’t think there will ever be one. How much more do you want these newer TW games to be streamlined and dumbed down? Casuals are the bane of once great strategy franchises I swear.
TaurusBully Nov 6, 2017 @ 2:06pm
The city management is very simple in this game.

If you want to skip that at all in favor for battles, I suggest you play custom battles only.
Ashantai Nov 6, 2017 @ 2:06pm
Judging by the settlements I capture from the AI, do you really want it managing your empire?

It's all about making use of the capital and smaller towns to have the correct buildings constructed. The AI never did a good job in R:TW with city management, and I can't imagine they'd do any better here.

Mabe i sound boring but mabe you conqeur 2 or 3 provinces and make AI allys to take the rest atleast that is how i play :P (sorry for my bad english )

Idk if I am remembering this right but I think the most you can do is turn off the notifications about this so that the don't bother you about it, it's still there and you still have to do it but now you aren't swamped by lots of pop ups about it. I think I saw an option about it in notifications somewhere ingame, might be wrong tho
TVMAN Nov 6, 2017 @ 3:12pm
Use the '<' and '>' keys to quickly cycle through your regions, fyi. It makes managing settlements much easier.
Kaaz Nov 6, 2017 @ 3:13pm
Just use the province list. Takes a fraction of the time to upgrade everything possible even with large empires

Are people this toxic about it? The game is indeed extremely repetitive and the "Strategy" aspect of managing a city, do trading and pick skills one by one is a dumb thing is indeed extremely boring. You can click on the lower-right and tick options to disable skills/building notifications and you enable it back again when the time is right. By no mean you are skipping the game if you could find a mod to get rid of this unnecessary aspect of the game. If I wanna play civilization I play civilization, and to be honest building a city take no brains, there aren't many options and all they do is give the game more unnecessary complexity and extremely repetitive micro management. You could just pick an option of top of a city to focus on making money/technology/growth/defend or just have it balance, micro management takes 2 much unwanted attention and time. I kind of stop playing the game, the dynamic battles against armies are amazing but all this repetitive civilization thing put me off entirely.

Bruh why do you have to be Nagash? Just let this corpse from more than 4 years ago rest in peace.

I love everyone bashing the users who want an automated city-management system ... Their argument is "TW players now a day want everything done for them" ... Ironically, those same people also praise Total War Rome 1, a game that has been out for 20 years... A game that offered automated city management. xD
