BUG - Advisor msg didnt load cant end turn

So i started playing the mortal empire campain as bretonnian bordeleaux,
i got on turn 2 a event with -20 controll (=public order) for 20 turns, if you dont raze a orc village, that results in a rebellion and a siege of my town. this is when the advisor help should have poped up with his message, but he did not! so now ich cant move my army or even end the turn, cause the game is saying: clear event base messages before... turning the help to high or minimal doesnt change this fact also reload etc. does nothing

also since playing at 4k in full window and 200% UI scale, i tested 1920x1080 windowed with 100% & UI as some games have problems with the higher Res. but no result after reloading still the same bug.

my system : win 10
ryzen 1800x
gtx 1080

does anyone have an idea for a work arround, i mean i can restart the campain,
but i dont want this to show up later again when i am 200 hr in or so.

yep. running into this with my dwarf campaign too... no idea how to fix or workaround..

Right. Strange, all previous DLC packs were released on Thursdays.

I am also having this same issue, stuck on turn 110 in mortal empires with my dwarf campaign. I tried restarting steam, the computer and a loading a turn before but nothing seems to be working.
