The range and upkeep one for archers and lothern seaguard is nice early on too when upkeep is important. Not so useful later when you should be swimming in cash as High Elf.
There's another one that's +5 melee defence and some other buff I can't remember to all units in your army too. Good bonus if you don't want to pigeonhole yourself with unit choices like some of the other traits do.
I'd go with the princess with the dmg boost and -% missile resist personally. That's purely my preference, though, I didn't get much use out of reavers or silver helms. -% upkeep is a lot more important early in the game too so the other option is definitely a solid choice.
