Kingdom of Giants
Know with Dwarfs, Goblins, and Lizardmen why not a playable race of Giants. With giant clubs and lesser armor i think they could be a powerful race to play with. Just think about the giants could use the other races as slaves in battle, build structures, food, your pack mules.

'Cause they all got eaten. The only giants left are the dumb ones you see in-game.

The sky titan civilization is dead, the closest thing we have are the ogre kingdoms.

but i am talking about in the new land in warhammer 2 or possibly on a island hidden in the sea. And the ones you start with want the ritual to increase the number of more intelligent giants and to build more kingdoms and weapons.

Any drastic changes to the lore, like the addition of new lands or factions where they shouldn't be, would likely get vetoed by GW. In the WHFB lore, the giant kingdoms are all dead and only their dumb kin remain.

only if its lore friendly and in the lore their exist no inteligent giants

CA Based their game on the W lore

I doubt CA would be allowed to stray that far off-canon.

I can see it as an expansion years down the road once they exhaust all the other races/faction.

I don't see GW would mind CA contributing to the existing lore (they would obv have veto power but doubt it is a hard "no don't do anything even if it makes our product bigger and better.

it would still be preety cool though you must admit

Pretty sure Ogre Kingdoms will give you your "giant" fix.

They may be shorter than giants but they're still much taller, fatter, and scarier than most mortal races.

you got point there

I can't wait for Ogres personally.

They're one race I always wanted to collect in the TT game but never had the time to get around to it. Mournfang Cavalry are my favorite cavalry in the whole game (and also probably right up there as one of the strongest)

Here's a pic of Mournfang Cav: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YyIUsLCBFKE/TkkxVVKAWgI/AAAAAAAAOPk/QT8OlD1vSQQ/s1600/ogre_kingdoms_mournfang_cavalry_models.jpg

Sky Titans might get a small mention if they introduce my favorite cannon the iron blaster for ogres, which is a looted skytitan gun firing cannon balls as grapeshot :D

Here is some lore about them:
http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Skytitans

But then yes their descendents became giants:
http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Giants

And part of their lore is there is few left. That said Ogres do enslave them as a test of strength, so you may see another variety of giant on the ogre roster before the end of the series at least. As mentioned ogres are big themselves, not giant big but most of their units will probably be large.

I can also see skaven and ogres competing for food resources, as it'll most likely be a mechanic the ogres get in some form. Food being their main motivating force.
