Well, two basic principles.

1) refer to every other living being but Skaven as "race+thing", like "man-thing", "elf-thing", ecc.
2) repeat the most important verb of what you're saying using the same verb or a synonym, like "kill-kill the man-things", or "take-steal the dwarf-thing treasure".

In a whinny high pitched voice, say "Kill-slay the man-things, glory for me-me!"

Also do that chittering sound, especially when excited.
