Debug Camera Bug? Slow Camera Movement & No Speed Up

So, I've activated the Debug Camera to get a better overview, as it is recommended. However, I'm finding that the camera movement will be very slow in this mode. I can also no longer use the speed up function, which I could before.

When I change the camera movement speed from the menu, the debug camera gets disabled and the camera movement is restored. No Speeding Up still, though. Turning on the Speed Up buttons only turns off the unit's chatter.

Ultra Necro but I've ended up here when I googled it. Press page UP to speed up and Page Down to speed down. It should fix the issues
