LOL, I meant just in these two games :) If we go into the acrtual lore... there will never be an answer... In TWWH, I know I have had a level 30 Grimgor roflstomp everyone in 1v1 -- 'cept Orion. I haven't managed to get that fight yet. I'm just thinkin'... in that Lizzy reveal they said Kroq was #2. So I was just wonderinh who they had to be #1.

Definitely Tyrion. Lore-wise it is a mess, but if we're just looking at the lore for known LL's and predicted Skaven and Lizardmen LL's, the #1 that CA is referring to is definitely Tyrion.

Abhorash, first of the Blood Dragons. Behind him is the Green Knight (maybe. It's left vague whether or not he's better than Abhorash, since they once duelled but the outcome was never revealed), Grombrindal, Kroq-Gar, Grimgor, and Tyrion.

My vote is for Kholek. His hammer is bigger than most of these other guys. That makes for a very easy win if you ask me.
I've wrecked Kholek with Karl Franz on Deathclaw multiple times. Only Archaon ever beat Franz 1v1 in my playthrough.
