edit: i understand why the clown award is hated on but its funny and atleast it lets you know someone was so weirdly angry they would give a developer steam points just to let them know that they didnt like their creation

the clown award can still be funny if it doesnt give the receiving person Steam Points.
It would remove most of the useless award-baiting pretty fast.
