its clearly there

whats the point of adults only content blocking if its still visible
It's really bad... there are children using Steam (even when signing up for Steam it asks if you are at least 13 years of age.... 13! And there are obviously children younger than that using the platform), and the borderline and blatant porno games are visible to all. Truly sad and disgusting.
Good thing parents or Guardians don't exist to supervise them... <---sarcasm Hey good thing seeing genitals in Cyperpunk 2077 more acceptable when kids play them too, or GTA 5 strippers, Farcry 3 sex scene, and so much more AAA games that allows such content that totally fine everywhere. :steamfacepalm:

Of course, in an ideal world, parents would actually be supervising their children and making sure they don't play bad games, but that's not going to happen with how many parents use PCs as baby-sitting devices... I think Steam should hide all the porno games behind a separate category that is only accessible if you go through age verification. Not that that would deter the ones who are looking for that kind of stuff, but it would at least keep it off the MAIN PAGE OF STEAM, where I see it frequently...
Cyperpunk is overrated

Yea, would assume parents at least take some kind of initiative to check on what their kids are doing, or even into and yea there are going to be some people that just leave kids to go wild on the internet which is not the greatest idea to be doing, because how open, and accessible to things on the internet, which can get things by looking up key words in search engines, or even using sites, and not realizing there ads on them that promote things, heck even Youtube got some graphical stuff on there. That why I think it's very important for kids to have some kind of education, and at least monitored them every so, and then, as well explain thing so they don't get mislead, or learning about false information about things they read, or see online. There a lot of weird ♥♥♥♥ on the internet, and it's far from being safe for babysitting anyone really.

Like it's pretty bad there are few people in this world that will believe some random person blog / book they read, over hard facts of things in the world, just example like those generic stereotypes things such as believe crystals heals all kind of illness, and claiming how all modern medicine ruin people lives, or whatever BS claims they make. It's the fact stuff like that bothers me a lot, because cause few people tend to spread false information among the internet, and anywhere else they can, to try get people to follow their beliefs agasints the reality of things. Even in religion there some F up ♥♥♥♥ even in history for religion, like I'm not even kidding.

But anyways I know why people can be bother seeing things like that one game in the list, and yea I don't think it should be shown, or at least filter it out by a setting just like how the store does, but of course just like you said, and I agree that it won't stop anyone that goes out of their way to enable the setting to go find said content. As well to add it is also important for the parent to at least monitor once in awhile to see what they're up to, as well educate when needed. I doubt this will cause problems if someone saw said content, because there no really escaping such things on the internet, childern are eventually going to come across things no matter what, via google, duckduckgo, or whatever.

WHY CYBERPUNK 2077, WHY

Empire of Sin was NOT a top release it's an unfinished pile of crap. Starting to question if the people who make these lists actually do any research.

Doesn't go by quality of the game. It goes by sales, and popularity.

They solely consider the sales figures, not the game quality, blame the folks who bought it.
