How do I globally turn off sticker animation? (Point shop and chat and anywhere else you might put them.)

Where can I see which of my community items got an award?

Oh, and where do I disable the moving background and animated awards? While I'm at it, if you still do mini trailers for the mouse ending up over some game, I'd like to turn that off, too. I want some info (tags and stuff, maybe some screenshots, cycling if you have to) on hover. Animations near text just get in the way of reading the text.

I see you don't even mention discovery queue card drop, but I've seen people mention that you kept one per day, at least, so thank you for that.
