Respeito muito a opinião de quem prefere jogar com teclado e mouse, mas nem todo mundo gosta ou sabe jogar no teclado, e tenho certeza que essas pessoas gostaraim que as desenvolvedoras desse mais atenção ao publico que prefere o controle, deveriam desenvolver todos jogos com compabilidade total com controle, acho que isso não é pedir demais já que pagamos tão caro em um jogo

My perfect controller to use on steam would have wired and wireless support and use xinput.
I used a 360 controller for a long time untill the dongle adapter quit working one day. I bought an xbone controller as replacment thinking it would work wirelessly on the link, (nope) and now am stuck using it as a wired on pc and link since windows 10 update wont install on any of my 3 windows 7 pcs. It doesnt seam that there are many options for wireless on windows 7. Even if i was able to get windows 10, it seams there would still be issues. So i wait, this project is certainly delving into a productive area of innovation.

Hopefully this will allow controllers to be mapped back to Keyboard/Mouse controls or to flightstick/steering/pedal controls as well.

Unlike joysticks, gamepads are unusable for me. Nintendo's popularity and decision not to have decent joystick support ruined consoles for me. I'd really hate to see this happen to PC gaming.

Is this accounting for those of us using PS3/PS4 controllers with emulation software that detects the controller as an Xbox controller?

I've been using SCP Toolkit for a couple of years now. It reports to Steam as an Xbox 360 controller even though I've never used one.

Steam Controller needs improvement. The touchpad is horrid...

@Oldman: Depends on who you ask. PS players say no, it doesn't. Xobox players say yes, it does. xD
