Capped at 45 FPS
I just downloaded the new Radeon settings, 17.12.1, and now my game is capped at 45 FPS. In a match, in the title menu, everywhere, is there a solution? I tried forcing VSync off in the Radeon Settings but doesn't work...
EDIT: It runs great windowed, 75FPS (75Hz monitor), but once I switch to fullscreen, it drops to 45FPS but doesn't feel smooth at all...

Go to set afinity in pes.exe and disable core 6 and 7

How exactly do I do this?
EDIT: Found it, if the processor would have less than 8 cores/threads, do I just disable the last 2?

I have tried both these 'fixes', both don't work, I think it has something to do with AMD Radeon 17.12.1. Game also runs at 75 FPS stable in windowed 4K.

same here 75hz monitor and 45 fps on radeon adrenaline drivers a have to install older driver 17.7.2

Yeah same, 12.8.2 works too, any older driver gives me crashes...

acabo de actualizar el driver de la tarjeta y tengo el mismo problema, mejor si no tienes una solucion te pido que no comentes por favor.

Usar un ordenador como dios manda eso pasa por ahorrar en graficas de mierda y procesadores chinos, 60 FPS GAME IN SETTINGS IS CAPPED TO 60

Seems like rolling back or playing windowed is the only fix available at the moment. I contacted AMD and told them about the issue, I'll keep this thread updated.

Just received an email from AMD, telling me rolling back to 17.7.1 is the best thing I can do. But I just saw 17.12.2 released, can anyone confirm if the issue is still there or is it solved?
