i fixed it guys: download again the 1.05.2 patch guys and apply files in the game folder. You can find file on cs[dot]rin[dot]ru or add me as friend so i can send to you the openload link ^^

I had the galaxy patch installed (I think we have to wait for a new one now?). I fixed it by verifying the install in Steam (Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity...). It replaced a few files and everything is working now again (with no patch, unfortunately).

Yes, the galaxy patch is gone, but the game works again. I also installed PTE 5 patch and that works (offline at least).

i still cannot login to pes server for GKCC2 error. reinstalled. its 1.05.02. solution?

hey, I have the GKCC2 error as well. It's weird that only a small part of the player base has this problem. I wonder what we have in common.

I'm part of the steam chat beta, could that be it? Are you guys in the beta?

i am not in the beta but for me, I think this is a problem after I tried installing the World Cup Smoke patch. I say this because I installed PES on a different PC and its able to go online. The problem is that that is not a gaming PC so I need to get my main PC working with this. I already uninstalled smoke patch and deleted the PES directory and I tried playing without any firewall and still get the problem. I wonder if smoke patch has altered something in the registry.

I was so tempted by the Smoke patch because of the world cup but now I regret installing it in the first place. :(

Further to my last post I am stumped.
PC1 (on which I installed world cup smoke patch and then uninstalled) gives GKC22 error.
PC2 with fresh install (and never installed any patch) - no problems

I have made sure the konami directory in steam, the programdata/konami directory and mydocuments/konami are same as PC2.

I have opened firewall on PC1 for PES 2018

Online setting is auto and same on both PCs.

Still no luck. Have absolutely no idea what to do now. I won't reinstall windows just for this problem. The end of online PES for me?

I think most patches work just fine. I've used the PESGalaxy Patch before and didn't have any problems

ok, after many try, i can play again. i try to explain you: before, the crash come, i was on steam 1.05.01 version with the pes galaxy patch and nesa broadcast camera tool and disable zoom. When the konami 1.05.02 update arrive, my game crashed when i played with the tv camera. So i have uninstalled the galaxy patch and make a verify integrity on my pes steam. all it's ok now, i play with the smoke x20 patch (update x23) and the nesa broadcast zoom disable version 1.05.02. My game is ok now!! Good luck!
