PES 2018 DirextX 10 ???

Hello, i want to play pes 2018 on my laptop. It only has a intel hd graphics 3000.
With pes 2017 it was no problem, but now it won't start pes 2018
please help

According to this Konami official manual, i should be able to play.
It even says a DX9 graphics card should run this game???

I too saw that specs on the oficial manual it was supposed to be true (it's the official manual)... but after trying everything, I even installed win 10 but could not get the game to work... :(

That's an error, they just copy-pasted the 2017 version's requirements in the manual. Hell, half that manual is just copied from the 2017 one.
The REAL system requirements are on PES 2018's store page and on their Twitter for everyone to see.
