I can't save data!!

Hi,
Yesterday i tried the game for the first time and everything was alright. Everytime I made a change inside the game (visuals, gamepad, etc) the game saved the data correctly.
But my computer crashed (blue screen) when I was saving and my save file was corrupted.

I have deleted it from the folder (KONAMI/PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018/save) thinking that the game will create it again after I started playing and it doesnt!!

Everytime I enter the game I have to select language, gamma, brightness, etc... and when the game is saving I get the following message: UNABLE TO SAVE

Any solution to this?? I have tried to verify the games, redownload it and erasing the KONAMI folder and it didnt change anything. My save folder is still empty.

I have tried to download the file in any website without luck. Anyone know how to fix this? or could send me his/her save file? It is very annoying...

I fixed it by adding the app "PES2018" onto trusted apps on my Anti-virus software :)

Yes, you are right!! Bitdefender was blocking it.

Anyway, everytime i started pes2018 i got a popup in the antivirus program telling me that it was blocking the app. Maybe its the same for you.

a friend told me that Windows Defender doesn't block PES but i'm not sure the way to fix on avast.
