How to change commentary language ?

I can only see english and chinese option and also for text language...

Maybe you have bought a region restricted version? In my european version i can change commentary in 8 or 9 languages (i don't have exactly in my mind how many but it was more than 7 instead).

I'm from EU too... maybe it's because I installed a patch?

On steam go to library, and right click the game, select properties. Then open the Language tab and select the desired one, after that the steam will download all the files required. After that, start the game and you can change the language on the options menu.

Sadly Steam/PES don't allowed to enable multiple languages (it's kind of smart, since the language packs weight more than 1gb) BUT there's a workaround. If you download the game and have it in English, do this:
1) Duplicate Data folder from \Steam\steamapps\common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018
2) Do as Sansrkrito said (Right Click the game, Properties, Language) and set the game to the other language you want (in my case Spanish).
3) Wait for the download to finish.
4) Copy files from the old Data folder to the new one. There's some files that are already there, don't overwrite, there's no need.
5) That's it. Inside the game you'll have English plus the other Language you download.
