PS4 Controller IS NOT working just in this game

When I'm in the game is like the controller doesn't exist. The HUD seems as I'm using 360 controller, but I'm not even connecting it. When I play other games like Rocket League or some 3ps, dualshock is perfect. I've check big picture and options and the controller looks fine, but there's no way to make it work in this game.

Restart the controller (worked for me) or use DS4 drivers to emulate a xinput with your dualshock (exactly what i m doing usually to save my time and nerves)

Go to the PES 2018 settings, click the controller tab. Scroll under the Controller 1 and add or click the Controller For Xbox 360 I think it says. Then click ok and restart the game. Should work after that.

doesn't fix anything. Already tried ds4 drivers yesterday, and nothing yet.

I can't find that option. In settings menu I can only swap between classic or alternative, but there's nothing where I can change the controller.

go to steam folder of the game and run settings. there is a tab for controller options

Im the same, the X button is assigned to square etc.

I managed to fix this but when I pass to my teammates they are doing stepovers and skill moves etc themselves.

For whatever reason when i go into the button config in steam files its registering that im clicking the right thumbstick up and to the left which is probably why my player is doing skills when receiving the ball etc.

no way to fix this as it wont let me remap the buttons!!!!

ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Should have just got it for the PS4

Yeah. After select PS4 device as X360 and go to folder game settings, it's working for me perfectly. Thanks a lot man.

Game is running at 180 fps aswell. This year is gonna be fun.

I've install ds4windows and set the controller as x360's. After that I went to game's folder settings and select my controller as 360 and now works fine.
