Pes 2018 crashes

When I try to open the game, it crashes and windows closes without giving any detail about error!! Konami does not surprise again

Me too. White screen only and than crash to desktop. I did clean install to the latest driver.

16 GB ram

I am having the same problems, updated drivers and direct X but game stops working on launch.

I have win 10 home. What about other people?

I sent a message to konami support team. Other friends also must send to urge konami find a solution:

"Hi. Many pc steam users suffer from pes 2018 crash. When we try to open the game, a white screen appears for 2 seconds and then screen turns to black and pes 2018 stops working. There is no detail in crash error message. I see many people complaining about this at social media. Could you please help? A patch could solve the issue I expect. Thank you."

what does you windows application log say? it's in the "eventviewer" of windows administration tools.

that's an access violation error. and can mean everything. bad programming, drivers, local dll's etc etc. So it's hard to solve.

I am not sure but I think I had this error exactly and this must be about dx. Then I tried to install dx files. After doing that error code changed.

Well if you open your event viewer, after you load pes2018, you can see the error there.

And like I said, Exception code: 0xc0000005 is an access violation, and can pretty much be caused by many things. That's why it's hard to pinpoint the exact source of the problem.

Some people say that settting dns to auto fix the problem. It can work for me because I changed my DNS settings before !

Another one says change audio to stereo in windows control panel fixes the issue.

Konami must refund %50 because we work on behalf of their staff :)
