PES2018 Full screen FPS lock

hi guys!
I have one wierd problem with my pes2018.
When game was released i've recorded first gameplay in 1080p 60fps everything was fine,game was running smooth.
after first update im having this problem: When i try to play in 1080p or 720p in full screen game locks fps to 26fps and it wont go any higher.
When i switch to windowed mode game works fine?
Can it be something with resolution since my SyncMaster t240hd has native resolution 1920x1200.

My specs are:
-CPU FX8300
-RAM Radeon R9 Gamer series 2 x 4gb @1866mhz
-PSU 550w
-GPU Asus R9 280x 3gb DDR5 384bit
i have ssd and game is currently installed to HDD.

I have exactly the same problem. Two days ago everything was working fine. With 1440p and highest settings I got 60 fps (due to 60Hz monitor) in fullscreen.
Since yesterday I have 26 fps in a match and even in the menu. Only in windowed mode I still have 60 fps.
But I don't wanna play in windowed mode.

I got exact problem, i fixed it by uninstalling video card drivers and uninstalling the game, reinstalled the game on SSD c:, problem gone, but i can't keep it on SSD because it takes all my space.

Try to download "Borderless Gaming", then switch under Settings.exe to Windows Mode, and enjoy the Game like it was on Full mode again with 60fps !
This solution is the Best anyone can find so far , until KONAMI decides to Fix ths F***ing Problem !

dude try to ste afinity to pes.exe and don't allow access to core 7, that will fix it
