Difficulty Levels

I am playing Become a Legend on Legend Difficulty and I feel like Legend boosts the stats of all the AI players. I am currently at Porto on my second season and I have 85 Speed and Dribling. In my first match I have played against Estoril whose fastest player defensive player has 70 speed but somehow all the players catches me in one or two seconds running at full speed. Is this game's difficulty like NBA 2K difficulties, which boosts opposition's stats and lowers your teams stats? If so, what is the normal difficulty which keeps the stats meaningful?

AI is cheating above High Level (3rd level i believe), which is a shame because it's a bit too easy on that setting. At least the AI don't do these laser-accurate long passes above your defense every 20 seconds.

Legend difficulty basically is challenge for us coz the AI overall stats boost up to 99 . Dont play at this level if you have high blood pressure. You guys know what iam talkin about.

Yeah, I agree it is really frustrating to play on Legend in BAL I mean a goal per two games for me is realistic considering I am playing as a 18 year old player but I have tried it with Messi against Leganes and their defense easily catches him. Also, Leganes never gave away the ball so even if the game boosts stats it doesn't boost my team's players.
