Whats difference between Master League and My Club?

First time PES player here. I will be getting PES 18 this year and I'm hearing a lot of buzz about ML and MC. Can someone just give me a slight break down of what these two modes are? I'm guess they are career mode and ultimate team FIFA counterparts.

Is there anything else about them I should know, because I can't seem to find info anywhere

Basically, My Club is a gamemode similar to FUT (Ultimate Team). It's basically the same aspect, and the same objective but you open "balls" instead of "packs".
Master League is completely different, in this mode, you can be the owner of a club, the coach, etc. You can simulate all the seasons like they are in real life, trades, special matches, cutscenes of new players of your steam. This year Master League will be the best mode available in PES 2018 cause they told us we'll have interviews, Termination Clause for players, etc.

You're not the owner of the club. You are strictly the manager.

That's why you can now get fired if you don't meet certain objectives.

Like in PES 2017, ownership will give you more money to play with if you make them happy.

To add a little more to what's already been said about Master League, think of it as a lighter weight Football Manager, but one that lets you jump on the pitch and play the matches (if you want, as you can also just manage).

That's correct as well. Master League is the best mode ever, I wish they put all the effor into that. This year we'll have a lot of cutscenes just like PES 2013 :D

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to Master League this year. It's my favorite game mode by far. Especially once you mod in the licensed teams--then FIFA career mode really has nothing on it.
