Crash on Start up Exception_access_violation

First time booting up since November. Have not seen this error before. Repaired local game files and still have the issue. I can send a screen shot of the error.

I had the same issue, and upon looking into the error log, found it was an issue with an old mod no longer working/files for it being missing. I just reinstalled the game today, but for some reason even fully deleting profile data etc. wasn't resolving it.

In the end I went hunting for the mod in question. Only found dead links, BUT I did find this: https://subsetgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=32833&start=20#p116579

After installing this mod loader I was able to get past the access violation error and delete the offending profile. Game seems to be running fine now.
