Repairing mechs
Whenever I try to repair my damaged mech it takes another hit instead. What am I doing wrong or is this a bug?

That is quite odd. Are you certain you're interpreting the health bars right?

If so, is this associated with a specific pilot? A couple of them have special skills related to repairing, though none of them act exactly as you describe...

Hey, I'm not sure if this is the same behavior, but I just flat out can't repair mechs. Pressing R or the wrench does nothing, they generate a prompt for having unused actions, and quietly burn to death because they can't remove status effects.
I'm on linux, not sure if is relevant.

Hitting 'R' puts you in repair mode, but you still have to click on your mech to actually carry out repairs. If you've been hitting 'R' and then clicking the mech, and still nothing happens, then yes; that sounds like a serious bug.

ah thanks... the repair mode was not indicated in the UI or tutorials... oh the lives I could have saved. I can repair now.
