Power outage corrupted my save files

The progression numbers in the auto/manual save files have been replaced with all zeros, e.g. Ch.0. It's possible to load the savefile but it only loads a white screen and nothing else. Anyone got any suggestions on recovery or repair of the save files?

I don't know about repairing it, you might have to write it off. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. This may fix this issue. As i said, you may have to write off your save file. Just a tip. In the future, save to more than one spot to prevent things like this happening.

Kind of what I was afraid of, sucks a bit being 100 hours in already. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, but in the future a backup savefile might be handy. Thanks for commenting :)

It seems weird that your autosave AND manual save are corrupt. It may be worth checking your ram for errors with memtest.
I had faulty RAM and it would corrupt downloads and random files i was using.
You may also want to consider downloading a trainer (cheat). I know i wouldn't want to grind through 100 hours of content again.
