Fallout Shelter
What's the point of this game?
My bunker is pretty well maxed out in all aspects. At this point it's just quest after quest an accumulating seemingly the same stuff over and over. What's the end game point here?? I thought I would be doing battle vs some other players, or at least bots. It's just deathclaw, rad scorpion, and bugs, and a few 'people' during quests...

That's it. At this point, all you have left is to complete all the quests. Nothing more to the game. May as well continue quests or delete the vault and start over again.

Game
It's an idle colony builder ported from mobile. There is no endgame because Bethesda did not expect people to stick around long enough to reach a point that would be necessary.

This is a low effort asset flip type of game with the main goal being monetization. If it didn't have the Fallout flavor, this would be your typical under 100 simultaneous player game, one of the dozen or so that exist in this genre.

The mechanics are minimalistic and bare bones, the only reason to play this is because it's free.

Who would even need to buy anything with real money when game constantly offers nuka-cola and luchboxes for free. Also caps come in such rate that soon in-game cash loses all meaning.

This is literally the only fallout game where all 8 of my game characters can live with one another.

You can also get those using a Save Editor (FSSE) if you wanted to. I don't care much about all those things so I don't use it for that... just for fixing issues sometimes.

the main point of this game seems to be to further antagonize players against Bethesda and Todd Howard for just abandoning this game on Steam.

I wonder if they'll cut support for their Elder Scrolls "shelter" game halfway through when they add it to steam. Or maybe unlike this one it'll actually get updated to the end.

This is a direct port of a mobile game. What were you expecting?

In a word, more. Thought that would be obvious...

I've never seen a single worthwhile mobile game ever. You do you.
