And your Not going to craft any low tier uselless junk, so sell all that stuff when searchers get back to your vault. You don't need those low level crafting materials taking up space in your vaults inventory (unless you really do want to craft some low level stuff)
once you're in Rare's and Legendary, do NOT sell it, scrap that stuff if your Not going to use it on a dweller. Those mats let you make some really good stuff (especialy after finding the recipes)
You want to craft better weapons , 15 +++, higher the damage the better. And you will want to craft some of the armours (especially high endurance) that your dwellers need.
I found that rare weapons and outfits aren't really that rare. I always just found them by exploring or doing quests and never had to craft. I used crafting mainly for legendary items or if I needed a specific weapon or outfit for a quest.
