a room full of dwellers with the right stats seems to cut build speed around in half over regular speed.
you could, alternately have multiple workshops and make several guns in tandem.
I ask because i did that mistake at the begginging, later, when i noticed that, i saw a diference if all the dwellers making weapons had the correct trait at high level, with bonus clothing.
I'm currently making a strength baased plasma rifle, and its crafting time is much lower with every dweller working the room instead of just 1.
When I drag dwellers over each room, it shows what trait is needed for the room. For the weapon room it says A.
Either way, removing a dweller from the room doesn't change the timer at all, so I'm guessing traits aren't affecting production times either way?
