Best use for mr handy?

Is it better to keep them in your vault or to send them out collecting money?

I keep em in the vault, good esp. when your vault gets big for collevting resources

if you have all 3 critical needed resources being produced on a single floor, then that Mr handy will harvest them while you are offline, so they do not starve, run out of power nor run out of water.
