can i place medbay beside to make a bigger one?

Yes, it works with medbays. Doesn't work with elevators, workshops, overseer's office (anything that starts out wide can't be expanded)

Nice! thx :) what happens when u get 0 hunger / thirst ? i guess they start to die after a while since the power turns everything down the further it goes closer 0?

thirst resists radiation and food is required for health, so low water will increase radiation within the vault and low food will cause degradation of hp.

Is there any way to know how they are affected by the radiation? Cuz i realized i can use the pills on most of my Dwellers but i have no idea what effect it gives.. Been low on water and food due to all those kids..

EDIT: nvm i figured the red part of health is rad :D
