Fallout Shelter
Healing.
Do hey automatically heal? Dwellers?
I have the medbay, seen a couple of dwellers going down there automatically but other than that I have to place them in there, how does this whole process work? Thanks in advance.

so long as you have food and water they'll heal slowly over time, but its generally better to simply make the stimpacks and use those because the process is rather slow and radiation removal is even slower.

Yeah they do heal with enough food and water, after an attack i give them a stimpak for ones that have very low health, then let the rest heal by themselves

There is no automatic room switching. They only wander awound if they are unassigned to any room and then they just do notfing excet randomly walking from room to room. And yes they heal over time on their own. Using stimpack heals them faster. Assigning dweller to medbay will make him produce stimpacks.

As previously stated, Dwellers only wander around if they are not assigned to any room.

This can happen when a Dweller dies, when a Dweller returns from the Wasteland, or when a child has turned into an adult.

You are asking stuff which are plainly covered in the tutorial and in the help files within the game. It's a good read when you are waiting for stuff to happen. There is over 30 pages down there if I recall well...
from experience they do unless they're poisoned or irradiated
in which case use health packs to
-1st remove the radiation
-2nd restore their health
Thank you. I really appreciate your replies. I'm part of the team that hates tutorials.

your vault is going to get sooo rekt down the road ... lol. woo woo. !!

PS: the game has a very bad bug/glitch. Its possible to lose all the games save game files & save game back ups.

You sound like someone who may spend a fair bit of time playing, so if that is the case, make your own back ups of those save game files to save yourself a possible headache.

and if you need to figure out how to do so ... there are plenty of guides & tutorials. :steamhappy:

lol, yeah. I'm new into Steam and I like it a lot. Will create some save game files and upload them somewhere.
