Deliver a baby
How do I deliver a baby? I got two pregnant dwellers and I don't know how to do this?

after they are pregnant wait 3 hours, then click on the icon over their head.

and make sure u have free places left in the baracks, firt time it warns u when not, when u ignore or oversee that u dont get a second warning, and child first comes when it has place.

I have waited longer than 3 hours and I have space, lots of space, but nothing happens. Do I need to log out for 3 hours?

no. Just click on the " ready baby " icon floating above her head. It does NOT work though, if there is an active 'event' inside your vault, like fires, or critter spawns.
