Cheats???

keep seeing thoses cheats thing on google whole searching the game... any idea about it? if so how to?

the main cheat is the save game editors, u can do so much with it like edit dweller stats and gear or even add some extra lunch boxes to give urself a boost, as for the how to just download one of the editors > open it and section your vault number > then edit what stuff u want

should be in C:\Users\(Name)\AppData\Local\FalloutShelter

do a PC search using the file folder top right search window for Fallout Shelter starting at "This PC"...........This should show all the places that Fallout Shelter is on your pc

The AppData folder is hidden - Enable seeing hidden folders (I can't remember how on Windows 7, it's been too long, just google it). It will then show up as a faded folder and you can open and interact with it. Have fun hacking the game I guess.

Go to youTube, and do a search there, you will find tutorial's on how to do it. I gavnt used one myself, so i ahve no clue how to use that editor thingy.

Keep in mind that it's completely illegal to "gift" yourself stuff like Nuka Cola or lunchboxes since you are supposed to purchase them.

It is something to promote cheating, which already take that special kind of person... But in this instance you are doing way more than that.

I by no means support this — But he was going to learn somewhere, so I may as well tell him. Personally i think it ruins the fun. Also, uf they actually cared about making money off the PC version, they would have encrypted the save files, it's not as if that would increase load times significantly. But this way they can get money from the mobile players (though the saves are the same, so android users could copy them off the phone, edit and replace them) and those in the PC market who aren't this way inclined can enjoy messing with their game.

agreed. I jsut make back ups of my save game files, because this game is broken and those files can break and disapear. And i am NOT going to lost 100hours of play time to a badly coded game. ♥♥♥♥ that. lol.

I'm yet to experience any kind of bug or even come close tho. Even those issues people post, I'm yet to experience even one.

Same, actually, though I've had the game forbid me from certain actions for about a minute PRIOR to my vault being under attack from raiders, which was very annoying. Nothing resembling game-breaking, though. Played on Android, then via Bethesda.net launcher, now on Steam.

WIn+r , search "%appdata% , you will land in "roaming" , go back to "appdata" while clicking it on the top of your window then go in locan , search FalloutShelter and its here

Thank you for your judgement. It's a single player game, it's not as if they affect you in any way when they unlock room ahead of time or give themselves more dwellers. Their game, their choice if they ruin it.
