In my full upgrade power plant die one of my man, i revive him. And now all time all workers have 10% happy and say something like "..take that dead body" but i don't see any body what i should doing?

I have had this problem too. I destroyed the room and then created it again to resolve this issue

That's a known bug.

I have no clue if there is an easy fix for this. The first thing I'd try would be to demolish the building and build it back up again.

this is the only solution, if the dweller ghost corpse bug does not go away on its own after quitting the game and reloading.
