They are there to drain your power.
But for training rooms. definetly always tack 1 or 2 high level that are training stats.
So never leave a full room of 6 level 1-10 they will just eat too much radaway and healthpacks.
In surival mode they will just die...
So usually rotate in couple level 20+ so you have less low level to heal and remove radiations in training rooms. move the level 1 out of the room asap.
But beter is to build smaller training rooms. max 4 size. this way your troops can easily dispatch the rad scorpion.

Solution: Run. Move your dwellers out of that room instead of defending it and out of the adjacent rooms. They will infest other rooms, so repeat that tactic until they give up and disappear.

Necroposting into 1 would have been fine, after all we should look for pre-existing threads first, but that's also why you shouldn't necropost the same thing into 8 (makes the forum a mess!).
