windows 11
hello i have windows 11 but can not launce the game ty

Just press okay and if this was the issue that should hopefully sort it.

Second method is to set a launch option in steam in Capsa's preferences with the command:
cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"

The downside to this method is it will leave a cmd window open so not ideal.

(Searching for "OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000" in google will bring up the same problem with lots of other games and guides/fixes on their respective forums, this isn't isolated to Capsa).

Does the game 'crash' and show any specific error message or simply nothing open at all when you launch?

Could you also provide specifications your computer has - specifically CPU and graphics card? and if the gpu is one you've recently purchased has it been updated to recent drivers? If you don't know this information there's a guide here on how to obtain this information from steam - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=390278662

Setting environment variables in windows 11 should be same as 10 - here is a link showing for windows 11 however https://thegeekpage.com/environment-variables-in-windows-11/ (but i think the instructions in the windows 10 link before are easier to follow)

As in previous post, press new under system variables and set the following:

Variable value: ~0x200000
