Basically, every station has pages from A to a certain letter, depending on the size of the station (the Harbor is the largest so it has pages A through G). The page letter is indicated in the top right corner of the station map booklet. Page A will always show an overview of the location, with boxed letters over certain sections indicating each individual yard. These boxed letters correspond to the appropriate letter page for that location, and give you a map of that specific section of the station.
For example, on the A page for the Harbor, the E yard (a common freight dropoff/pickup location on the northeast side) is denoted by a boxed E towards the upper right of the page. Flipping to the E page for the harbor will show you a diagram of that specific section, with individual tracks marked accordingly.
Track names are based on their location within a yard (as well as the "role" each track plays, though that's not crucial to understand for the most part). Say you had a delivery to track B7I. You can use page A for the station to find where the B yard is within the station, then flip to the B page to identify which track in that yard is 7I.
Hopefully this helps! I can elaborate further if you need more assistance.

Short story: You should find a sequence of the switches(red dots on the map) and their directions that leads you to the destination. For example, if you are going to B2I of FM from SW, it should be (looking at FM A page, start from SW) left, (that leads you to B yard, then looking at FM B page, start from SW) right, right, left (that leads you to B2I). Then you just follow the sequence.
Im going to give that manual a check
And good luck, 'cause this will lead you to your next quandry...... copay. LOL
The tracks per yard are numberd and postfixed by "I" "O" "S" "P" . If you bring a freight haul it always has to be deliverd to a "Input Track" postfixed with I. You picked it up at an Output track. (O)
On most yards there are "pass through" tracks that are unocupied. If they are on a submap they do not have a number, but they count. So the track numbers you see will skip the number of the unnumberd track (for example in E yard you might have track E4O and track E6O, but the track in between them has no number).
I seem to be at the manual repair which I dont have a license for heheh. I guess im just in the wrong spot?
Also whats the trick when your stuck on a hill. Im loading up a save I had from yesterday and didnt realize when I save and exit I reload stopped (a good idea though when critically thinking about it) however I happen to be on a hill and I cannot get up to speed now. Engine over heats when putting too much oomph in to it and anything less im not really moving much. I had momentum and speed when I exited so I probably could have got over this hill if I didnt exit when I did.
- find the amount of train brake you need to hold the train steady. if its bove 2 bar in my experience its to steep for de2. put the brake to that amount
- switch on the sander, you need it
- put to forward and apply 2 notch throttle
- release the brake and apply 2-3 more throttle notches at the same time
- reduce throttle to hold oil temp below 120 degree if needed
--> if its not to steep you can pick up speed of about 10kmh before the engine overheats and then reduce it far enough to keep going but cool down at the same time.
Also can someone explain what is blowing off the sides when it overheats? and is 4 the magic number? as in once you have done all four....wheel areas then shes stuck and not moving?
Yea nope. Its pretty well impossible to deliver this load full anyway. Even cutting the last three carts off is impossible. The route seems to be uphill the whole way and my little starter engine just cant do the job. The game should have a weight limit for jobs kind of like ATS where it will say you truck cannot handle the job and not let you do it. the map o anything on the route doesnt suggest elevation that I can tell you so its not like you can plan ahead.
