Its a Sumsung monitor with a 1080p native resolution. All other games can be 1080p but not this one.

Are you using window mode? You can use 1080p + with borderless window or fullscreen mode,

Try restarting Steam. More resolutions didn't show up until I did that.

I run it in 1080p on my laptop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
The max resolution in windowed mode is 1600x900. In Borderless/Fullscreen it goes up to 4k.

This special snowflake is probably referring to the p in 1080p. 1080 is the resolution, p refers to progressive scan and i refers to interlaced scan, so 1080p > 1080i.
