Fast leveling bug

I seem to have stumbled upn a weird leveling bug, when i kill 4-5 mobs i level up, it started from level 20 not two dungeons later i am lvl 55, but the items i loot are all level 20 so the gear is not scaling up. It kind of killed the fun in progressing since the gear is never over llvl 20.

Items don't scale past 20. You gain heroism to increase stats.

Hero levels have always been much faster than normal leveling, it's not a bug.

Level 20 is the max for regular leveling. Beyond that it's hero levels where the progression changes to increasing various stats and farming to craft epic gear.
