valu-lumina as rogue?
I'm a level 12 rogue and I keep getting completely destroyed by the exploding add form valu-lumina in the frost cave. How am I supposed to do this? I can't kill it because it explodes in my face and kills me. I can't kite it because it moves faster than I do and I have no solid ranged option.

if you haven't already figured out a strategy i found you had to 'hit and run' use protective shield, phase port in, hit and run away, just don't try to stand toe to toe.

I tried killing it yesterday with my buddy and we got one shot every time with its fire magic even tho we weren't close by it.

The boss is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥, its harder than those pumpkin bosses which is insanity

Whoever is in charge of mobs damage in the recent updates is making the game increasingly unfun

This boss still kills from seemingly invisible sources

Keeps saying i've died to fire damage but for the life of me am i meant to stand in a safe spot somewhere on the field or just run the hell away?

I get to the point that the golem shards down to multiple sides/adds and i'm struggling to pinpoint what kills me other than the chat log saying fire damage was the culprit :(

Can we please add more giant markers on ground that stand out to show bad areas to avoid/safe zones?


edit: funnily enough i passed it after i wrote this

Seems it was the fire bomb adds having a much larger radius then i understood, by ensuring i was full running (not circle strafing) the moment they show up/until they die i managed to kill the bosses off and survive (also stepping out of any ground breaks they did)

Had no idea that was what was killing me the first 3 times (perhaps also change death msg to 'fire bomb detonation kills you from source: add' or something )

This hasn't been fixed, at least in the ps5 version. The area of effect is completely off with the visuals and you wonder why on earth you are dying. Me and a friend managed it by kiting it (The red one, which seemed to heal a bit less if you keep attacking periodically) and running over and over. He kept dying (Melee Rogue) and I survived (Barely) thanks to my cleric powers. Eventually we killed it and then the blue one seemed to heal less after that, too. It was sooooo much harder than the final boss.

Also why hasn't the numbers been updated of your different ranks abilities when you go to train? It appears as though your abilities get worse for spending gold! Only when you buy them do they actually tell you the true new stats.
