Finding the scout Quest in Grasslands

Hi, I am unable to locate the scout, where is he? Thanks.

If i'm not mistaken she's right in front of you when you spawn, in the grass bewteen the dividing path. Maybe kneeling.

You will spawn on that level between 2 burned down buildings go slightly straight and search the split in the road at your left side she's right there. To my knowledge she is always kneeling in the grass.

I'm also unable to find this NPC. It seems this NPC is missing in my game. I already tried abandoning the quest and restarting it but the NPC is nowhere to be found. Also, I do not have guardians spawning in the towers by each crystal that needs to be deactivated. Is this a bug? If yes, any idea how to fix it?

I just tried farming the dungeon a little, there are a lot of the bosses missing as well. Seems like they messed up the dungeon with the last patch.

It happened to me too. I'm stuck on the quest and the NPC isn't there, regardless of how many times I restart the dungeon.

yup, ran it multiple yesterday with a friend. The scout is missing.
I just checked again to see if it was fixed since last night, the scout is still missing.

Same thing is happening to me. She's just not there. Tried solo and in a group - none of us see her. Tried on Normal and Hard mode and abandoned and restarted the quest. Still missing.

Yeah, I can't see her either - tried deleting quest (had it before patch) to see if grabbing in post-patch would help, nope. (Loving the game though, this is the first real problem I've had)

Same problem here. Can't advance the questline. This is an urgently needed fix

Well, at least the latest patch seems to have fixed the bosses in the towers not spawning, but the quest NPC is still missing.

No update by devs and no fixes. Sad days because this is a pretty fun game.
