Elite Armor Fragments
What do these drop from? Reaper fragments, holy order fragments, crypt stalker fragments? Does anyone know?

If u play in group only the guy who opens the chest gets the fragments?

Correct. Easiest way to get them I found though is to do the Grasslands on Nightmare. There's 5 miniboss hyena-men that each drop one- one for each class.
