99.3 map completion

So I cannot seem to hit 100% and I've scoured the map, I've been every where it seems. Does the percentage require you to touch every section in every dungeon?

I really hate how this game doesn't show completion percentage for each area and treasure/resource location for each area like in Monstrum Nox.

What it actually goes off of is the dark blue areas you can see on the minimap if you look real closely, so you can have 100% of the navigable space revealed and still need to reveal more of the 'map'. You need to "hug" or "scrape" the walls of every area of the game to get 100%.
I know there's supposed to be about 1% completion you can earn in the area after the point of no return, you can get this to get to 100% but I'm not sure if you can then turn that in to Griselda in New Game Plus even though you retain map completion. Has anyone tried doing this?

How do I reach these dark blue areas because I miss 1% of the whole map being on 99.

I went to all walls but there seems to be no way to reach them properly.

Or do they even count?

Can someone help me, please?

Or do I simply have to do the final dungeon completely to reach 100?
