Are "Tickled Pink" & "Heard It All" achievements

I think, but am not sure I should have unlocked these. I'm at the stage where Zara tickles me every time I ask, which should be the final stage, and the last piece of gossip for "Heard It All" was about Griselda; as far as I can tell I didn't miss a stage, but it's also not unlocked. Anyone know if these are bugged? Thanks!

Here is the info of "Tickled Pink"
Tickle #01 is available upon entering Selray for the first time.
Tickle #02 is available after clearing both the Ancient Burrow and the Sacred Beasts' Lair, but before returning to Casnan.
Tickle #03 is available after Karna and Ozma rejoin your party, when you return to Selray from Casnan.
Tickle #04 is available after you clear the events in Highland.
Tickle #05 is available after Frieda joins your party.
Tickle #06 is available after you arrive in The Roos' Nest.
Tickle #07 is available after you clear Colonia Artifact Laboratory.
Tickle #08 is available right after the 7th time.

And the info of "Heard It All"
Piece #01 can be obtained after clearing the Casnia Mine for 100G.
Piece #02 can be obtained after clearing the Ancient Burrow for 100G.
Piece #03 can be obtained after clearing both the Ancient Burrow and the Sacred Beasts' Lair, when you have control of just Adol on his own in Casnan.
Piece #04 can be obtained after Karna rejoins you in Casnan.
Piece #05 can be obtained after you clear the events in the Tower of Providence.
Piece #06 can be obtained after Frieda joins your party.
Piece #07 can be obtained after you reach The Roos' Nest.
Piece #08 can be obtained after you clear Colonia Artifact Laboratory.

Thank you, but that doesn't help; I've found those guides all over the internet, but none which say which messages Heard It All should give... and Zara tickles me constantly now, which is supposedly the 8th and final tickling state.

Update: I've now got them on an NG+ play through. I don't know if it's been fixed in a recent patch, but the Griselda tip is indeed the last one, and I was tickled at the same times as before... the only difference is I think (not sure) that I didn't ask for two tickles at the end of the last run, and teleported off and came back later.

Probably long since added to some guide, but hey, I got those sitting in my file, so might as well post them in case someone needs to check (I know I've fussed a lot about this achievement), here's the gist of what Mouse says in each different 100g tidbit:

#1 (after Casnan mine) - Griselda loves cats
#2 (after Comodo OR Selray but not both) - Commander Leo is single (duh)
#3 (after both Comodo and Selray, walking alone in Casnan) - Panza actually hates sweets
#4 (after Karna joins for good) - Sancho is the youngest brother
#5 (after Highland/Calilica joins for good) - Luluca is the macho barman's daughter (duh)
#6 (after Danan/Frieda joins for good) - the macho barman is a former miner
#7 (after Roos' Nest) - Rabbit and Pigeon are dating
#8 (after Colonia Artifact Laboratory) - Griselda is a Romn princess
