Can't seem to 100% the map

Have no clue what I am missing here....can anyone help me on how to complete the map? I'm at 99.7 and I already visited the final dungeon atleast once which is illios.

All you can do is run the edges of every area on the map. It sucks, but that's your only option.

Not sure if you finally got this, but there are a few spots I can point out that look like they are contributing. On the first image, see that area just north of the Roos' nest? The edge looks a bit faded in that dead end near the warp stone. Try going back there and run the edges of that spot. South of Highland looks to be another similar spot. Eastern side of the area right below the warp stone has a bit of a faded edge.

A bit east of the Sacred Beasts' Lair in the second to last one there seems to be a somewhat faded spot in Gidonia Crater. Western part of the ringlike area, more towards the bottom.

The last spot I'd say to check is Forest of Dawn, just to the north of the camp. Look to the western side of that first map.

It's probably not all of them, but those four look to be the most likely suspects of you not getting 100%.
