Can i get game maker studio 1 from somewhere?

I don't like game maker studio 2 because it's design and everything else doesn't fit me properly i downloaded once the free trial 8.1 on my computer of the game maker studio. I didn't use unreal engine for the same reason.

Can i get the the game maker studio 1 somehow?

If you own GMS2 than you will limited access to GMS 1.4 pro versions. Not to all exports... Unfortunately no legitimate way to do it for now but I understand your pain clearly...

I don't either, but since they will drop support for 1.4...why can't they at least have a "legacy layout" option?

I still have the 8.1 version, and yet, i want to know if i will by GMS2, if i still have 8.1, can i:

1. Access to the old projects
2. Get back to 8.1 from entirely gms2?
3. Can i send it to them, to make it kept, so they can always restore GMS 8.1?

There's no point in going to GM:S 1. They updated it to the point that it is so broken, you feel forced to go to GM:S 2.

They even removed the ability to go back to older functioning versions.

I still have the game maker studio 8.1 (on not steam, but on pc, the free version) And i like it more than the new gms 2.
HOWEVER!
The files here are, incompatible with the GMS 2, which HAS TO BE bought. And i want to know if is there any way of upgrading my game.

GMS2 has ways to import older versions but you'll need to make some updates manually. Not sure about specific versions but I believe it can import GM8.1. The importer provides a list of issues that need manual fixes.
