[Heavy Spoilers] In search of the third ending

Anybody was able to find it? Or get close to it? Let's share our findings here. Here are mine:
Good Ending
To get it you need to reach the final boss with good karma (high Mercy and Charity, low Greed and Cruelty). After the fight the team decides to sacrifice themselves to save the world.
Bad Ending
To get it you need to reach the final boss with bad karma (low Mercy and Charity, high Greed and Cruelty). After the fight the Devouerer decides to go down with the world.
Alternate way to fight Mara
To do this you need to:
- Fight Grabaak (possibly a bug; when I tried to talk to him on my character that resolved our first meeting peacefuly, Grabaak wasn't initiating a conversation)
- Give Grabaak the Sun Crown (you need to return to him)
- Accept Mara's quest to kill Krenze,
- When meeting Krenze, stay your hand and tell him you can't do it. Ask him about help in fighting Mara. If you gave Grabaak the crown, Krenze will propose to ask him for help.
- Meet and defeat Grabaak once again.
- Grabaak will eat Mara :)
Unfortunately after that everything goes as in Good or Bad endings, you just replace Mara with Grabaak as end boss.

The game has only 3 endings. You named them all.

I got sacrifice with 5 mercy 1 charity and 5 greed. Ending seems to depend on what you have more. Probably if you play 50-50 bad-good you can delay one of the quests with moral aspect to the far late, and before ending game finish quest in both good and bad ways, so you might have all endings one play through.
Seems like mercy and cruelty has more weight that charity/greed.

Best ending will be this - after Grabaak eating Mara, there will be a decision what to do, BUT Grabaak returns! And take back you to a Tree of World! Also he took The Crucible of Souls with himself, and destroyed it!

After all Grabaak offer a friendship to Devourer and departs with him to a travel on The Tree of World. Thats actually the best ending and rarest at all. Final scene Krenze talking about his role at this game and what he's done. A World is safe and its like Happy End. I asked the developer about it, he agreed that is possibly rarest ending :)

60 hours on Hard as Evia. First playthrough btw.

All we need to figure out is how to make Grabaak stay for the party. Tried that scene again but there are no dialog choices, it's just back and forth between Krenze and Grabaak so it must be something earlier...

I do not even understand how to even recruit Grabaak.

I gave him the sun crown when I first met him and he changed me to a fight and when I ask Krenze for help he says smothiong like; 'that I have already acquired every soul that could be useful' and tells me to 'fight Mara' and he will 'help in any way he can' then he just sends me on my way. This just results in one of the normal endings (Evil for my character).

I really want to see the secret ending and I can not find it anywhere, at very least I want to see/experience this 'second Grabaak fight'.
Is my game just bugged?

I'll make a guide after I finish 2n playthrough. I think I'm the only one who had seen a True Ending of that game. I'll explain it in note if I could reach this ending. Just a little more patience man.
