Also include a (small) description of your problem. Probably with steps on how to reproduce the issue.
Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com

This is completely unacceptable and should be punishable to sell without fixing, 10 minutes everytime you have to load, is not playable, period.
I feel you too, owners with games like this didn't deserve it either. My legal issue, is that it should be illegal to sell games that will not be made functional on modern systems. I grabbed it on a Black Friday bundle sale at Fanatical for 3.33 with another game. There should be laws requiring companies to keep up on titles they want to sell. I respect the artform, but it must be made functional.
I don't know if this will work for you but it finally fixed these insane loading times for me here AND with the suttering I was semi-fixing with Vsync controlled by my GPU.. "-window-mode exclusive" Add that to the launch options window commands by right clicking on your game and selecting properties and in the general tab apply it there.
NOTE: I'm a GoG user so I applied that to the launch shortcut and it works just as well as the steam launch options!
